This 3 day course offers a chance to perfect your CV, gives advice on job hunting, including how to declare a disability, and will give you a chance to practise interview techniques in a supportive and encouraging environment.
This course aims to give you the confidence you need to achieve your goals in getting back to work.
Each year, the Back Up to Work course is kindly hosted by a partner company. Staff often get involved in aspects of the course such as helping with practice interviews – importantly, though, they too are there to learn.
This course is not about finding a job for you but about equipping you with the knowledge and confidence you need to work towards your employment goals.
